Can I use the credit with different trainers?
Yes, credits apply to all services in the app, you can use them to pay for any lesson.
Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes, it is normally possible to cancel a reservation 24 hours in advance free of charge. After this period a 75% cancellation fee will be applied.
What should I do if the coach doesn't show up?
It doesn't happen often, but if it does, email us from your profile and we'll arrange a 100% refund. We'll also discuss the situation with your coach to make sure it doesn't happen again.
How do I know a good trainer?
The app asks everyone how satisfied they were with the trainer's performance after the workout. The better the rating, the more likely you are to like it too.
Do you accept the Multisport card?
You can use your Multisport card in some cases when booking a sports venue (typically for group lessons), unfortunately it does not apply to the payment for the trainer. In any case, make sure to check that you have it in your profile so you don't lose any benefits.
I couldn't top up my credit, what should I do?
If you can't find anything in the app, contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
