Can I use the credit with different coaches?

Yes, credits apply to all services in the app, you can use them to pay for any lesson.

Can be ordered lesson cancel?

Yes, by default it is possible to cancel a reservation 24 hours in advance completely free of charge. After this period, a 75% cancellation fee is applied.

What should I do if The coach won't arrive?

This doesn't happen often, but if by chance, write to us from your profile and we'll arrange a 100% refund for you. At the same time, we will discuss the situation with the coach so that it does not happen again next time.

How do I know A good coach?

The application asks everyone after training how satisfied he was with the performance of the coach. The better the rating, the higher the likelihood that you will like it too.

You accept the card Multisport?

You can redeem your Multisport in some cases when booking a sports venue (typically for group lessons), unfortunately the payment for a coach is not applicable. In any case, do not forget to check in your profile that you have it so that you do not lose any potential benefits.

I was unable to recharge my credit, what should I do?

If anything goes wrong with the app, contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
