I have been involved in sports all my life and I would love to help you find the way too. You can find me in Kutil Gym in Žižkov, where I offer variable individual lessons. And what can I help you with?
At home, I am in the postural disciplines of combat sports, my specialty is boxing and kickboxing. At the same time, I like to maintain a great physique, so I would like to invent strength and functional training with tailored crossfit elements.
