I am Vlasta, former racing player and current coach and founder of Banana Badminton. Come to my training and I will show you that badminton can be more interesting than it may seem at first glance. I am engaged in training adult children at both racing and amateur level. There are countless strokes in badminton. And in order to play each stroke correctly, it is important to take care of the correct movement on the court, the holding of the racket and the correct timing. In addition to the right strokes, together we can also focus on tactics, both two-game and four-game.
