Athletic training
Friday at 7:00 p.m.
Semi-private lesson aimed at all-round athletic development of abilities and skills. We focus on speed, power, explosiveness and dynamism. The training will be guided by an experienced player of American football and flag football, a representative of the Czech Republic. The lesson takes place in a group of no more than 6 people and thus gives enough space to each participant.
Battle Field
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
A place where mums get back in shape and their kids (for) have fun and cheer for them. The lessons will put you back in shape as part of strength and cardio circles, where the emphasis is also on the necessary stretching and mobility. For children, we have a ready supply of toys that will reliably entertain your children so that you can concentrate only on your training. Come with us for a while to turn off your head from everyday worries. The recommended age range for children is from 1-4 years.
TRX
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Versatility, functionality and muscular fitness as the main attributes of exercises on the TRX suspension system. We recommend it to all novice exercisers who want to wake their muscles back to life and are looking for a sufficient boost.
Kickboxing
Wednesdays and Sundays
Where else to start a combat lesson than just on the battlefield. The lesson is intended for both beginners and advanced fighters. You will learn the correct techniques of punches and kicks, you can also look forward to mutual sparing and complementary exercises to strengthen the body. WITH YOU: bandages, boxing gloves (available for rent) and a mouthguard.
Training for beginners
Monday at 5:00 p.m.
Private lesson designed for novice exercisers who are worried about crowded halls and would rather welcome personal care in a small group of people. The lecturer will deal with each athlete separately, which will provide more space for questions and demonstrations. Ideal for anyone who wants to start exercising properly.
Power triathlon
Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
Private training designed for the development of three basic strength exercises, which are the squat, deadlift and benchpress. The lesson will be divided into a theoretical part, in which we will focus on warm-up, mobility, activation, breathing and proper setting, and a practical part, which will include variants of basic exercises, complementary exercises for the development of basic exercises and improvement of individual phases of basic exercises using intensification methods. The lesson takes place in a group of a maximum of 6 people and thus brings enough trainer attention for each participant.
